Unlike it's immediate predecessors, COD: WW2 takes the series back to it's roots, without any double jumps or movement options of the sort, providing a more realistic WW2 experience. It has both a campaign and multiplayer mode with a variety of unique locations. It follows the histroical events of Operation Overlord.
